When you purchase a property at Hacienda Pinilla, you are not alone. We are organized so that, in your absence, your property will be in the best possible hands. We offer housekeeping, gardening, and general maintenance (including pools, air conditioning, and wood) services.
Housekeeping services cost $45 for a half-day, and $65 for a full day, and do not include laundry, food preparation, dishwashing or ironing. This service must be requested with at least 48 hours advance notice. We also offer longer periods of time, if you require it. Maintenance services have a $15 hourly fee, or cost $65 for an entire day. Job length will depend on the type of work being done. You may request these services at email@example.com.
At your request, we would be happy to pay your electricity, cable, Internet, and phone bills, as well as your municipal and luxury property taxes. We also have skilled staff in whom you can trust to decorate your home and purchase décor. To obtain these services, you must formalize your request via an annual contract, in which you commit to spending $100 monthly per property.
Our accounting personnel will send you a detailed accounting of your expenses, which will be covered as long as your property account has sufficient funds. You may also pay via a credit card, local or international bank transfer, check, or cash. If your account is in arrears, a penalty will apply. When you sign an agreement for Hacienda Pinilla to manage your property, you must make a $1,000 Guarantee Deposit. These funds will be reimbursed to you upon completion of the management agreement. These funds may not be used to pay for services.
Additionally, we offer another contract to rent your property. This is an excellent way to achieve return on your investment during times when you are not enjoying the property yourself. We promise responsible use of your property, which will be inventoried at the contract's inception. When you sign the rental contract, we also commit to managing housekeeping and maintenance services on your behalf.
