Hacienda Pinilla Announces Sale of La Posada Hotel

• Ryhtmia Holdings will promote medical tourism

• Transaction will enhance real estate development in Hacienda Pinilla.

Agroganadera Pinilla, S.A., the owner of Hacienda Pinilla Beach Resort and Residential Community, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, announced today that it has sold La Posada Hotel to Rythmia Holdings Company SRL, a subsidiary of Rythmia LLC, a California based company. Rythmia Holdings intend to repurpose the former hotel located within Hacienda Pinilla as a medical tourism and treatment center.
