JetBlue Offers Details on New Boston – Costa Rica Route

Traveling to Costa Rica Just Got That Much Easier!

JetBlue makes traveling to Costa Rica much more convenient and affordable with new their newly announced flight options. Thanks to JetBlue Airways, residents of the Greater Boston area in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts can now board a flight from Logan International Airport (BOS) and in just a few hours they could find themselves enjoying the pristine beaches of Costa Rica’s Gold Coast. On November 1st, JetBlue announced a strategy to connect New England residents with choice Latin American and Caribbean destinations.

JetBlue is a discount airline that has become the most active in the busy BOS airport. Although JetBlue started as passenger flight operator that mostly offered discount flights on U.S. air commuter routes, in recent years the airline has been offering attractive vacation packages. The new service from BOS to the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, province of Guanacaste, is a new seasonal weekly service for the airline. This new flight bypasses the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) altogether; this makes it an attractive options for New England residents who are seasoned travelers to Costa Rica and who wish to head straight to the beach.

Flying directly to the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR) in Liberia provides travelers with convenient access to the many popular destinations in the Guanacaste Province, including Tamarindo, Papagayo and Hacienda Pinilla.
