Tropical Shrimp Ceviche from the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
- Peeled Shrimp
- White Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Ginger Ale
- Lemon Grass
Marinate the shrimp with the lemon and salt for 8 minutes, then add onion, bell pepper, mago, strawberry, honey, ginger ale and lemon grass and let rest for 5 minutes. Taste the balance of acidity and then serve in martini glasses.
