New Construction

If you have visited Hacienda Pinilla recently you might have noticed some new residential construction underway in its developed communities.  In recent months, in fact, houses are going up in Las Golondrinas, Reserva de Golf, Avellanas, Brisas, and Los Almendros. The finished homes showcase high construction standards, architectural quality, as well as their owners’ good taste.  A number of new construction applications have been received by the architectural review committee, so we expect the pace of construction to continue to be very active and even increase in the months ahead.
