The management of security systems is essential for Hacienda Pinilla. Indeed, improvements to the security department have allowed to control all incidents in the area. However, to prevent possible negative effects of the Covid19 Pandemic, we have continued to strengthen the security department. As of today, we have more staff, CATV video systems, radios with GPS locators, vehicles, the K9 unit, and officers with equestrian support. The security office was recently expanded, and a new video monitoring and control room was constructed.

The results have been outstanding. Nevertheless, we urge the community of Hacienda Pinilla to continue necessary protective containment measures such as keeping external doors closed, hiring only reliable staff, and keeping objects out of view in common areas.
