Make the Lake Great Again: As a result of the strong dry seasons experienced in Guanacaste, the lake in this community has been greatly affected both in its level and in its surroundings. Aware of the necessary water management in the area, the Condominium Administration and the Property Owners of the Condominium have worked hand in hand to improve the appearance of the community’s lake without the need to waste water to increase its level. The placement of rocks native to Guanacaste on the edge of the lake has been implemented to improve the appearance and, at the same time, work has been done with environmentally friendly products to prevent the proliferation of algae to maintain the natural color of the water.
