La Reserva De Golf & Las Golondrinas

Good Neighbors: Once again we are shown that inside Hacienda Pinilla there is a strong fraternal bond that unites all the communities together for the well-being and satisfaction of all. In 2017, the Owners of La Reserva de Golf and the Owners of Las Golondrinas agreed in their respective Condominium’s Owners Assemblies to create a fund for the construction of a cobblestone footpath that will unite the two communities by connecting this cobblestone path with the existing pedestrian crossing that begins in front of Palma Real de Pinilla. Witnessing the goodwill of the two communities, the Developer decided to make its contribution by donating the labor and some of the materials to complete this project.
