Hacienda Pinilla 4th Recreational MTB Race

On the Thursday before Easter, Hacienda Pinilla hosted the 4th Recreational MTB Race, a charity driven sports activity.  Over 200 MTBikers participated in 15 Km and 45 Km trails.  These trails are magical to ride through.  Riders from all over navigated through nature, lush vegetation, and wildlife; a ride through winding trails where you do not pass the same spot twice. Participants were pleased with the event and the organization.  After the participants finished, there was an area with live music, food trucks, smoothies, jumping castles, and horseback rides for kids, craft beer, and many other activities for the families to enjoy.  The various sponsors donated a variety of gifts to be raffled, ranging from watches, sunglasses, gym memberships, hats, shirts and more! A warm thanks goes out to all the participants and sponsors.  Because of your support we were able to raise over $4 500 to be donated to the local 27 de Abril Technical School.
