Dear Owners,
Certainly, this is an atypical year for all, where we are facing adversities that we have never heard of before. Still, both at the country level and the Hacienda Pinilla level, we have been making the necessary efforts to get ahead, and we will continue to do so, with the hope that everything will return to normal soon.

Since day one, the Government of Costa Rica has been commanding measures to mitigate the COVID-19 contagion and safeguard the well-being of all. We have shared each of these measures with you promptly to keep Hacienda Pinilla safe for everyone. Social distancing and staying at home are probably the two most difficult things that you all have had to do around here. Still, we have seen how every one of the communities within Hacienda Pinilla has unhesitatingly put its grain of sand to win this fight. As you know, part of the measures implemented in the communities is the closure of common areas, such as parks, gyms, swimming pools, and others. We do not doubt that these areas will be full of life again soon, but for now, we will continue to make every effort we deem appropriate, under the direction of the health authorities, so that everyone can continue to feel safe.

In recent days, we have observed more encouraging numbers in Costa Rica, where the number of infected people is less, and the cured people are more and more. However, we must not let our guard down. For our part, we will continue to follow and implement every one of the measures dictated by the Ministry of Health and the Government of Costa Rica. Likewise, we will continue to inform all of you promptly of these measures and any other recommendation made by the corresponding authorities.
We appreciate once again the effort that each one of you has made in complying with each of the guidelines and restrictions, for your own good and for the common good.
