We will be aerating the greens May 6, 7, and 8. Aeration is the process by which holes are put into the greens to allow air to get into the soil beneath the green. Aeration is needed when the soil beneath the surface of the green becomes compacted. When the soil is compacted, the grassroots struggle to breathe.  This recovery will take 3 – 4 weeks until the greens are back to normal.
