We are pleased to share some of the improvements in security in the common areas and condominiums of Hacienda Pinilla.  The Seguridad Pinilla Ltda. has been granted the renewal of its permits and is currently providing patrolling services, and the control and monitoring in the condominiums Palma Real, Golondrinas, Reserva de Golf, Las Brisas, Los Almendros, and Avellanas. It also maintains close professional ties with the security forces of the hotel JW Marriott, Rythmia, the national police authorities, and the local judicial bodies. Currently, Seguridad Pinilla Ltda. has the best human and technological equipment in the area, including experienced advisors, operators, officers, vehicles, electronic equipment, and procedures for the prevention and reaction of security situations. The K9 unit is also very effective in the work of prevention and containment of risks in the residential and common areas.
We are currently working on a project to install more cutting-edge technological equipment condominiums and common areas. Once completed, we will have biometric terminals, fixed cameras and PTZ, more light in vulnerable areas, and increasing control and decreasing response times.
