Exciting Costa Rica Infrastructure Update – The Road from Hacienda Pinilla to Tamarindo is Now Paved!

Last year, President Laura Chinchilla visited Hacienda Pinilla and the surrounding areas of Guanacaste announcing her promise to pave the road from Tamarindo to Veinte Siete de Abril. Almost nine months later, and after a lot of gravel and hard work, there is pavement!  Although the final base of asphalt is still to come the drive to Tamarindo is already much easier and more pleasant.

This huge improvement to Costa Rica’s infrastructure will without a doubt improve the access to Hacienda Pinilla, leading to a direct impact on Hacienda Pinilla real estate and those planning vacations to Costa Rica.

This exciting improvement has been long awaited by those living and owning real estate in Guanacaste. The access granted by these newly paved roads will improve travel time and ease of travel, and will likely increase the values of Costa Rica real estate in and around Hacienda Pinilla.
